Trade Finance

Through its strategic alliance with a private source of trade finance, Keystone will assist foreign and U.S. firms meet the financial challenges of international trade and offer their foreign customers very competitive payment terms. Keystone can provide direct assistance in generating and structuring the transaction with our finance partner supplying the often critical financing component to enable the deal to move forward.
These services can involve guarantees or insurance by export credit authorities, such as the U.S. Export-Import Bank and its foreign counterparts, or structured finance without such official support. The trade deals can be either import or export and involve any industry. Deal size from $250K to $10 million are preferred but transaction values as low as $150K will be considered.
Keystone’s partner provides a range of trade finance solutions to enable transactions. Competitive rates, terms and structures can support a range of short and medium term receivables; and can handle single transactions, a series of transactions or a line of credit. Flexible collateral requirements, payback terms and willingness to help structure deals so that trade actually concludes separate this offering from typical bank financing.
