Senior Management Team
                                      Mark Van Fleet

An innovator in global trade facilitation strategies to assist firms expand into
foreign markets, Mr. Van Fleet is a former senior manager with the U.S.
Chamber of Commerce, the world’s largest business federation.   His career with
the Chamber includes five years as the architect and managing director of the
Chamber’s International Business Development program, an entirely new
Chamber initiative to assist U.S. and foreign firms to pursue profitable cross-
border transactions.    He has over 20 years experience in designing and
managing successful U.S. market entry initiatives, including export development
and business partnering projects for Thailand and Singapore, resulting in
millions in export sales.     An expert on Asian business and a former diplomat,
he has also served as the Chamber’s Director of Asia-Pacific Affairs, Director of
Export Expansion and spearheaded the creation of the first online global trading
service that allowed companies to source, negotiate and develop business
worldwide.   
                           Victor Hausner

Mr. Hausner was the director of economic development policy for President
Jimmy Carter, Deputy Assistant Secretary of the U.S. Department of
Commerce for Economic Development Policy and Planning, director of the U.
S. Government’s support program to U.S. state, regional, local, urban and
rural economic development agencies, U.S. Representative to the OECD for
regional development, chief executive of the national professional
organization of U.S. government and private economic development
practitioners.    A specialist in European business affairs, Mr. Hausner
founded and managed two international business development firms based in
the United Kingdom, and served as an advisor to numerous U.S and foreign
programs in all aspects of business, industry and economic development.    
He is also the former director of corporate location for the New York City
Economic Development Administration.    
                                 Samuel Hayden

Mr. Hayden is an international trade management professional who brings 25
years of practical export/import, financing and business management
expertise to Keystone.   He established and served as the CEO of an export
trading company for Southeast Bank, Miami, Florida; and founded a trade
consulting firm that developed foreign markets and served as export
agent/distributor for U.S. manufacturers.   He has assisted hundreds of
foreign and American firms in a broad array of industries to identify
cross-border trade opportunities (mainly in Latin America, United States and
Asia), negotiate and structure deals, arrange financing, and execute
transactions.    A past President of the Council of the Americas, a trade
association of 220 U.S. multinationals with investments in Latin America, Mr.
Hayden is a recognized authority on business practice and trade development
in Latin America.
