Since 1993 the Keystone founders have conducted international business partnership programs in Europe and Asia, involving:
- The U.S. State and Commerce Departments
- U.S. Agency for International Development
- The European Community
- The Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation forum (APEC)
- The British Government, England, Northern Ireland
- Government of Singapore
- Royal Thai Government and Thai Chamber of Commerce
- The National Association of State Development Agencies
- The U.S. Chamber of Commerce
- Numerous domestic and foreign business organizations, chambers of
commerce, business development agencies, businesses, and national, state and local governments.

Projects have also been developed for other nations including China, Malaysia, Croatia and Poland and the Lockheed Martin Corporation. These projects have involved firms in a number of important industries including: information technology, bio-medical, advanced manufacturing, electronics, automotive, plastics, and agri-business.
In 2003 the founding partners aggregated their experience, expertise, methodologies, technology, and networks into a new corporate entity, Keystone Global LLC.
Keystone assists smaller and medium-sized firms (SMEs) expand their foreign business relationships (e.g., trade, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, R&D, investment), and obtain commercial results without the prohibitive costs charged by large firms.
